Every year, I photograph the Harrison’s Hope dinner auction. This is their 9th year and about five years for me. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful the founders are. I am happy to call them my friend before I started working with their charity. The loss they suffered is touching and is always on the forefront of my mind.
When I see a child left alone in a car while the parent just “runs in real quick to pay” at the gas station, or for whatever reason, I cringe. I think…it JUST TAKES ONE SECOND!
Get to know Harrison’s Hope and see if you can get their FREE program into your child’s school. What an amazing opportunity to educate children on the dangers of playing in or around cars, or being left alone in a car.
The night was wonderful and the food was amazing as always (Favazza’s Rose of the Hill). Lots of great items for auction and some lucky people. Thank you for coming out and thank you for allowing me to capture the spirit of the evening.
