Chris & Julie…they go way back. So far back, we’re talking grade school.
Julie always heard from her friends how cute this “Chris” fella was and eventually, she became his friend too. You see, Chris went to CBC. Julie went to Incarnate. He always managed to find a date with one of Julie’s friends. Coincidence?
Fast forward to Rockhurst, college was a mutual attendance between the two. They had more time to hang out together, and continue the friendship. But, Julie transferred to college in Boston. Being from St. Louis, surely they would meet again.
In 2006, Julie came home. She had plans to attend our famous Mardi Gras festivities. It was here where they would find each other once again. They exchanged numbers and their relationship grew. It was definitely fate.
The couple exchanged vows at St. Francis Xavier College Church on the SLU campus. I was excited to share the day with this couple. Even more so that they agreed to see one another before the ceremony. This gave them the opportunity to have beautiful photos taken on the SLU campus with their wedding party.
Our second shooter, Mark, hung with the guys and made sure that Chris was kept secret from Julie on the shuttle bus to our destination. It’s always fun to keep the groom in suspense. We had a beautiful day to work with.
Thank you, Chris & Julie – and to your family and friends. You make our job easy.
